Registration, Cancellation, Refund Policies for Classes and Workshops
Registration
To be officially enrolled in a class or workshop, the tuition must be paid in full. Registrations are accepted in the order in which full payment is received. If you register online through the store, there is an added 2.9 % extra charge due to a charge using credit card through this service. You may also make payments with check or cash before class. Cancellations & Refunds
If a student cancels 5 days or more before the first class, full tuition, less a 10% registration fee, will be refunded. There is no refund if a cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the start of the class.
If I cancel a class due to low enrollment, you may either transfer to another class or be refunded 100% of your tuition.
Should a class need to be canceled due to weather, I will contact students by phone and/or email as soon as the decision is made. Please be certain to provide us with all necessary contact information when you enroll in a class. For weather-related cancellations, the class will usually be extended by one week.
We are unable to give refunds for individual classes missed due to illness.
